About us

Worldline is a 3,7 billion EUR revenue company structured in 3 major business lines which are: Merchant Services, Financial Services, and Mobility and e-Transactional Services.

The Merchant Services business line (Worldline MS) acts as an acquire, and as the name says, offers commercial acquiring services to merchants, however in many cases also acts as a partner to the banks, by buying their merchant portfolios, or forming joint ventures with them.

The Financial Services business line (Worldline FS), which I represent in Central and Eastern Europe, is practically the processing entity of Worldline. We are present in over 50 countries, we manage more than 126 million cards and process close to 40 billion transactions a year.

Last but not least the Mobility and e-Transactional Services business line (Worldline MTS) is the entity responsible for e-ticketing, billing and other solutions offered to enterprises.
