Dr Nikola Vojtek is an Engineering Lead in the biometrics industry and an AI consultant specializing in AI governance, digital identity, and Agile development. He holds a PhD in Artificial Intelligence and serves as Director for Professional Development at PMI Serbia Chapter. Nikola is a member of the national committee for AI standardization and actively works on the implementation of ISO/IEC 42001 for AI management systems. He is the founder of Smart Consulting Agency, creator of the Smart Apprentice Learning Management Platform, Atlassian apps for project insights, as well as Agilist Business Simulation Game and Agilist Brain Challenge Zone Learning Cards.
